These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website atjplant.net (“the Website”), operated by ATJ Plant Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Scope: these Terms cover use of the website itself. Booking and payment for training courses are governed separately by our Course Booking Terms, provided at the point of booking.

ATJ Plant Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10171250). Our registered office is 9 The Gardens, Fareham, England, PO16 8SS. 2. Using the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

The PASMA name and logo are the property of PASMA and are used in accordance with our membership.

You may print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not modify, copy, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

4. Course bookings and payments

Information about training courses on the Website is an invitation to book, not a binding offer. Bookings are subject to our separate Course Booking Terms, which set out availability, joining instructions, accreditation, and our refund and cancellation policy. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Course prices shown on the Website are correct at the time of publication but may change. The price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed at the point of booking.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
